Product Description

The tambourine has a birch plywood frame which is comfortable to hold as well as sturdy, so it is able to withstand use in the classroom. A natural goatskin head is stretched taut over the wooden shell and makes a bright resonant sound when struck. The single row of jingles, or zils, are built into the frame and produce a crisp jingling sound when the tambourine is shaken.
