Important Information
Customer Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the products immediately upon delivery for any visible damages or missing items. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt.
Re-delivery Charges
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability at the agreed time, a re-delivery charge of OMR 5 (Muscat) or actual carrier costs may apply.
